The project is set on a steeply sloping site, offering beautiful views of the ocean and lagoon. The sunken living areas are organized around an interior garden and a varangue, while the guest rooms are located at the top of the site, allowing all areas to benefit from the panoramic view. Everything is designed to promote natural ventilation, both for the interior spaces and for the varangues and other gardens.
Sheet steel roofs link all the project's functions on a single slope parallel to that of the land. The slope remains legible within the living spaces, through progressive levels and staircases, organizing architectural promenades.
