Sustainable and passive offices. This project’s ambition is to reach the passive standard of a consumption of 15 kW/m²/year without sacrificing comfort. This residual consumption will be compensated throughout the years in solar energy to reach 0 kW/m²/year. The building uses low footprint materials and a balanced work environment – it is the first office building with a mixed concrete-wood structure. The insulating façade materials – wood-fiber based, act gradually as vapor barrier.
