The project consists of a set of shops, housing and offices without any notable increase in surface area. The project confirms the urban qualities and assets of the neighborhood and respects the pre-eminence of the monumental Théâtre Royal de la Monnaie, compared to the Rue Fossé aux Loups, hoping to take advantage of the prospect on the redeveloped Place de la Monnaie. It provides for better living conditions inside the block by creating an interior courtyard. The rhythm of the façades and their verticality, as well as their relationship to the street, are respected, even in the raised parts.
