Low-energy construction with high acoustic requirements. Complex principle of double "box within a box" structure. Non-intrusive attitude in dialogue with the existing building. Semi-buried intervention and an architectural gesture in length for a minimized visual impact at both ends.
Complex south facade with a research around reflection and transparency. A musical composition of photovoltaic cells and a double curtain wall system for an optimization of energy management.
The relationship with the existing building is preserved
